Our Client  with over 68,000 members and 18,000 student affiliates requested an anti-racism and anti-oppression framework, educational content, policies, and ARAO advice to use across their organization on the member, elected leaders and staff levels. 

Solution(s) & Services:


Tomee Sojourner Consulting Inc. designed and developed a multi-year (2022-2026) Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression Action Plan.  I am completing my role as the ARAO Lead Consultant (Fall 2021-April 2024)  and working with my client to implement the second year of the Action Plan.

We are conducting policy reviews, and developing human resources-related ARAO policies. 

We designed and developed customized educational content, metrics, ARAO-related leadership programs, tools, and resources. 

We provided, and continue to provide, ARAO -related subject matter expertise, advice and guidance to the Board of Directors, Senior Leadership, Mangement and Staff.
